Hualla Returns & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with Hualla. We strive to provide a fair and transparent return process. Please review our policy below:

1. Return Window

  • You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return or refund.

2. Seller’s Responsibility (Defects or Errors)
Full refunds or replacements are available for the following issues:

  • Incorrect Items: Items that do not match the specifications of your order (e.g., wrong size, wrong color, or different model).
  • Major Defects/Damage: Items that are defective or damaged during transit.
  • Non-Delivery: Items not received within 30 days of the shipment date.

3. Change-of-Mind Returns

  • Return Fee: A flat fee of $15 (Restocking & Shipping fee) will be deducted from your total refund for change-of-mind returns.
  • Item Condition: Items must be in their original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact.

4. Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene, safety, and the nature of certain products, we cannot accept returns on the following categories:

  • Cosmetics & Skincare: Products cannot be returned if the seal is broken or opened.
  • Food & Beverages: Consumables are non-refundable once delivered.
  • Intimate Apparel: Underwear, swimwear, etc., are non-returnable if opened or worn.
  • Health & Personal Care: Items like thermometers or razors are non-refundable if opened.
  • Sexual Wellness Products: Strictly non-returnable due to health regulations.

5. Order Cancellations

  • Cancellations are accepted within 3 days of purchase but must occur before shipment.
  • Once fulfilled, the order cannot be canceled and must follow the standard return process.

Required Evidence: For defects, please send photos of the product and shipping label via our Customer Support Chat.

6. Refund Process

  • Refunds are processed after inspection at our warehouse.
  • If not in 'like new' condition, a partial refund may be issued.
  • Approved refunds take 5-10 business days to reflect in your account.
